hate this ramadam thing, only doing it for a max because i just know im going to end up weighing more nothing all day not even water then allowed to eat at night but now i feel disguisting :(
Hey everyone here is my food diary for today was going to start the ABC diet today, but realised its ramadam some time next week. So will do it after the month
Breakfast: 30g fibre cereal with semi skimmed milk (157 cal)
Lunch: a cupper soup (113 cal)
Afternoon Snack: tangerine, 4 strawberries and a glass of milk (47 cal)
Dinner: sweet potato, lettuce and bbq chicken (180 cal)
A Cup of hot water with half a lemon
13 glasses of water so far……
A Cup of Ovaltine Light NO MILK (70 cal)
TOTAL=574
I dont count vegetables and fruit as calories!.
